Breakfast Crepes
You will need:
1 2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbs. sugar
3 eggs
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add 1 1/3 cup of milk and the sugar and whisk just until blended. Whisk in remaining 1 cup on milk.
Heat frying pan at medium heat. Add a little butter, then add 1/3 cup of crepe batter. Flip when lightly browned on underside.
Cottage Cheese Filling
1 lg. container of cottage cheese
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix together and put in crepes with frozen or fresh fruit.

Orange Strawberry Popsicles
You will need:
Plastic cup
Skewer or popsicle stick
Orange juice
Fresh strawberries
Tin foil
What to do:
Pour the OJ into the cup, filling it half full. Dice some strawberries and add them to the cup. They should float. Wrap tin foil over the top of your cup, then insert the popsicle stick through the middle. Place in the freezer for anywhere from 2-4 hours, then remove the tin foil and enjoy your popsicle!
